The coursework component of the Career Glow Up is designed to take 12 weeks to complete, but people be BUSY and you have options:

Full-timer: 8 week programme @ 7-10 hours per week

Part-timer: 12 week programme @ 4-7 hours per week

Casual: 16 week programme @ 2-4 hours per week

You have 4 months of high-touch support through weekly group coaching with me (Rosie) and my certified success coaches, as well as unlimited daily Q&A in the community. 

You’ll also have unlimited, lifetime access to the Career Glow Up course content.

Most people actually find the group more impactful than private coaching! You’ll be given wrap-around support on the calls from Rosie and your success coaches, plus you’ll have your accountability buddy and an incredible community of other Glow Uppers who can provide their unique perspective on your situation.

The Career Glow Up is a group coaching programme, but once you’re inside, you will have the opportunity to upgrade to private 1:1 coaching calls with the success coaches at special rates if you so desire. Private coaching is available as an add-on for Career Glow Uppers only - we do not offer this opportunity to the public.

In the extremely rare event that you’re not progressing as expected, I’m a pretty reasonable kinda gal. If you can show me that you’ve done all of the work assigned to you to a reasonable standard, give me the chance to try something new, and it’s still just not working out? I will proportionally refund you as outlined in the terms & conditions.

The majority of Career Glow Uppers are 25-35 years old. However, age is just a number my friend! If you are open-minded, resourceful, self-aware, ambitious and willing to challenge the status quo, you will love the Career Glow Up! We’ve had 21 year olds wanting to kick their career off with a bang, and 55 year old executives who want to pivot into more purpose after a very full career. We’ve got you!

Not at all! We meet online at different times each week and rotate across the major time zones so you have the best chance of attending live. 

All calls are recorded so you can watch it later, and you can submit your personal questions in advance of the session.
